Our Soil Amendment Services
Lime
Lawns need lime when low soil pH starts limiting the availability of nutrients. Lime restores balance in acidic soil to bring pH back to optimal growing levels. Poor grass growth and lawn moss (but not always) are signs that lawns may need lime.
Sulfur
On the other end of the spectrum is sulfur. High pH levels can cause your lawn to grow slowly or look yellow. If your lawn is too alkaline, it restricts nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium from reaching the roots. This is common in new home construction.
Gypsum
For those in a good pH range who struggle with calcium, we recommend Gypsum. Gypsum is a natural clay breaker that helps improve and condition heavy clay soils. This allows water to penetrate and helps roots absorb the nutrients needed to thrive.
Mineral Deficiency Booster
Based on your soil test results, we apply a mineral deficiency booster for free the first year of service. We replace phosphorus, magnesium, and potassium deficiencies to ensure optimal growth, a thicker lawn, and a stronger root structure.
Organic Lawn Booster
An organic lawn booster that helps promote soil decomposition. This helps our organic-based fertilizers reach further into the soil, creating a healthier foundation for your lawn to thrive.
